How much do you charge per hour?

When a customer asks this question they are usually trying to compare prices. In actuality it's not the correct way to compare prices. Another company may quote you a lower rate, but the technician they send may work at a slower rate of speed and it will take him longer to do a job than someone else that charges a slightly higher rate and gets the job done a lot faster. Also, each company may use a different markup on material. That's why we use flat rate pricing. You won't pay extra for a slow or inexperienced technician or time lost using a cell phone while on the job or someone just having a bad day. Flat rate pricing keeps the price the same no matter who is sent to the job.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

Most phone quotes are inaccurate or a "low ball" price to get a "foot in the door " which will change once they are on the job. Or they will try to sell you something else once they are in your home. We prefer to see the job first and provide an accurate quote based on the actual job. Many times a problem stated over the phone turns out not to be the actual problem so the phone quote is inaccurate. We don't use high pressure sales. We provide honest and professional repairs, service and installations.

I have the parts, will you install them for me?

If you prefer to get your own parts that's OK but, we do not warranty parts we do not supply. You take that risk when you buy your own parts. Some of the cost built into the parts we supply covers the warranty for those part should they fail within the warranty time frame. Also, the parts we use are "professional quality". Parts bought at the home improvement stores are not professional quality, even if they are "brand name" parts, and do not last as long as the parts we provide. We even go the extra mile and use "select" professional parts that have been time tested to last longer.
